Position Summary:
The Vice President of Operations will be an engaging and hands on leader responsible for end-to-end value chain that includes manufacturing, continuous improvement, engineering, maintenance, quality, food safety, procurement and logistics activities. This executive will provide integrated supply chain and operations leadership to a high-quality position while maintaining exceptional quality and food safety standards. They will be a critical culture shaper and highly visible leader who sets the tone and style for leadership in the company by bringing out the passionate in all employees.
The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 15+ years of multi-site manufacturing experience. Direct category experience is desirable as is broader functional experience in supply chain leadership. They should be a results-driven professional that demonstrates exceptional managerial skills in prioritizing, multi-tasking and leading a diverse team. They must be a collaborative business partner and commercially savvy partner with solid business and financial acumen.
