The Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, leading financial strategy, operational finance and business infrastructure across a rapidly growing consumer products platform. This executive will oversee financial planning, reporting, capital structure, investor relations and financial operations while partnering closely with commercial and supply chain leaders to improve margins, optimize trade spend and support scalable growth. The role carries significant enterprise impact through development of financial systems, performance management capabilities and strategic decision-making frameworks that support expansion, operational excellence and long-term value creation.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility within food, beverage or broader consumer packaged goods organizations. This leader combines strong financial and operational acumen with deep expertise in forecasting, gross-to-net analysis, trade spend management and supply chain finance. Experience supporting high-growth, private equity-backed or emerging brands is strongly preferred, along with a hands-on leadership style that balances strategic thinking with executional rigor. An entrepreneurial mindset, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build scalable teams and processes are essential.
