Ashley joined Slayton in 2022 as a Senior Associate and quickly demonstrated her ability to manage complex searches with efficiency and impact. Her promotion to Vice President & Principal in 2024 reflects her skill in developing client relationships and management of the search process across a range of large publicly traded, family/founder-led, and PE-owned portfolio companies.
With more than a decade of experience in executive search and deep expertise in human resource management, Ashley provides a strategic approach grounded in nuanced industry knowledge. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Olivet Nazarene University and a Master of Arts from Columbia College Chicago. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
