SITUATION ANALYSIS
As the organization entered a period of leadership transition and ownership change, it sought a Vice President of Operations to guide the business through its next phase of growth and serve as a successor to the Founder and CEO, accountable to the new ownership structure. The role was critical to maintaining operational excellence, preserving and growing the company’s strong market position, and executing a long-term strategic vision while ensuring leadership continuity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading the organization’s day to day operations with full profit and loss accountability. The role establishes strategic priorities, drives operational performance and cultivates a high performing, collaborative culture while strengthening customer and business relationships. Additional responsibilities include developing organizational talent, enhancing operational processes and implementing scalable systems to support continued growth and long term success.
