SITUATION ANALYSIS
Following a period of rapid growth across diverse commercial sectors, our client faced rising complexity in managing environmental, health and safety at enterprise scale. This expansion created the need for a dedicated executive to transform safety and risk management from a compliance function into a strategic business driver embedded throughout the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vice President of Environmental, Health and Safety sets and executes a long-term EHS strategy aligned with the organization’s growth and operational excellence goals. The role embeds EHS metrics into enterprise decision-making, leads regional safety leaders, standardizes systems and applies technology to surface early-warning trends. It also builds a high-performing team, champions a culture of care and employee well-being and advances environmental compliance and sustainable practices.
SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT
Our placement is an accomplished safety and risk executive who has spent more than two decades leading enterprise EHS strategy across large-scale, multi-regional construction and industrial organizations.
