David Cech has more than 25 years of experience in the retained executive search industry. Over the past 18 years with Slayton Search Partners, David has facilitated growing the firm’s reputation as a global leader in the recruitment of Consumer Goods executives. In his current role as Senior Vice President, David continues to spearhead search assignments for publicly traded, privately held, and founder-led companies.
Prior to joining Slayton, David was an Associate with one of the world’s largest global retained executive search firms. As a member of the firm’s global industrial practice, David led search assignments across a wide array of sectors including Automotive, Heavy Equipment and Machinery, Chemical, and Building Products. David started his search career with a Chicago-based, boutique retained search firm where he served clients in Retail, Industrial, and Consumer industries.
David earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing from Roosevelt University.
