POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Vice President, Operations will report to the President and lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across a large, multi-site distribution network. This executive will oversee warehouse, transportation and logistics spanning a large national network of distribution centers. This executive has accountability for service performance, operational efficiency and financial outcomes across a high-volume, temperature-controlled environment. The role carries significant enterprise impact through leadership of a large network of associates requiring advancement of operational discipline and alignment of cross-functional teams to support growth, customer satisfaction and long-term scalability.
Our placement brings more than 20 years of operations and supply chain leadership experience across retail, grocery and distribution environments. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Supply Chain & Transportation for a large-scale, multi-site network supporting over $10B in annual sales. In this role, he led end-to-end supply chain, transportation and distribution operations, overseeing large, complex networks while driving EBITDA growth, improving cost structure and enhancing service performance. He has a proven track record of scaling operations, optimizing network capacity, leading facility expansions & integrations and implementing systems and automation to improve efficiency.
