In his prior role with a leading global search firm, Dan held progressively senior leadership roles across Chicago and the West Coast, ultimately serving as Executive Director for the Western U.S. region. Dan has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional talent at the Director through C-suite levels across Procurement & Supply Chain, Accounting & Finance, Real Estate, and Sales & Marketing. His clients span the Industrial, Consumer, and Private Equity sectors, including both fund and portfolio company levels.
Known for his strategic acumen and operational execution, Dan brings a combination of P&L management experience, high-impact team development, and a white-glove, client-first approach to every engagement.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
