The Vice President of Sales will report to the Business Unit leader and serve as a key member of the leadership team, owning commercial strategy and revenue performance across a complex industrial portfolio. This executive will lead bookings, forecasting and growth initiatives across direct and channel sales, OEM relationships and aftermarket expansion, with a mandate to build a more integrated and scalable commercial model. The role carries significant impact through transformation of the sales organization, alignment with product and operations teams and development of a disciplined, KPI-driven engine to accelerate growth across core and adjacent markets.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of commercial leadership experience within pumps, flow control, rotating equipment or adjacent industrial sectors, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This leader combines strong technical sales expertise with aftermarket and service orientation and has experience leading complex sales organizations across OEM and industrial customer segments. A proven ability to lead change, upgrade talent and influence cross-functional stakeholders is essential, along with a hands-on leadership style suited to performance-driven, industrial environments.
