Leading Snack Foods Provider
Position Summary:
The General Counsel, reporting directly to the Global President, supports all aspects of legal, contracts, and corporate risk management of the snacking platform as well as its portfolio holdings. They will lead an experienced team responsible for the strategic development and execution of the brands intellectual property strategies and compliance materials. This role will oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts spanning a spectrum of legal subject matters, including contract management, distribution, manufacturing, licensing, vendor partnerships, asset purchase, and employment.
Our placement is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law. In his most recent role, he served as General Counsel for a $350 million food company, overseeing the entire legal platform and business strategy. He has a range of experience in the legal field with expertise in contract law, litigation, risk management and regulatory compliance.
