She has completed over 200 assignments at the C-suite level. Her expertise spans Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Beauty, Luxury, Durable Goods, Services, and Retail.
Madeline is responsible for developing and managing client relationships while executing on the search process. She is uniquely positioned to identify top-performing leaders and executives for placement within high-growth companies.
Before finding success in the executive search arena, Madeline began her career as a Chicago Sun-Times reporter for the Chicago Cubs and White Sox. Prior to joining Slayton, she worked with a handful of prominent international search firms.
Madeline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Journalism from the University of Iowa.
