POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting to the CEO and owning the full financial agenda across a high-growth consumer business. This executive will lead Finance, HR and IT while driving financial planning, reporting, liquidity management and capital strategy in support of scalable growth and transaction readiness. The role carries enterprise impact through partnership with the CEO and Board, oversight of investor and lender relationships and development of systems, processes and performance metrics to enable disciplined execution, profitability and long-term value creation.
Our placement brings over 25 years of progressive finance leadership experience across private equity-backed and high-growth consumer businesses and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of a high-growth omni-channel consumer platform. In this role, he led accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations and strategic planning, driving profitability and operational discipline in a complex cost environment.
