The Vice President, Enterprise Sourcing & Supplier Strategy will lead the development of an enterprise sourcing function that transforms procurement into a sustainable competitive advantage. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this executive will design innovative sourcing strategies across critical spend categories, including packaging, agricultural inputs, energy, freight, equipment, and capital projects, while creating value for both the organization and its network of independent grower partners. The role will establish scalable sourcing capabilities, strengthen supplier partnerships, improve spend visibility, and leverage market intelligence to drive long-term cost, supply, and performance advantages.
The ideal candidate is a strategic sourcing executive with extensive experience designing enterprise procurement strategies, building innovative commercial models, and leading complex supplier negotiations within large-scale agricultural, food, manufacturing, or industrial organizations. This leader will bring deep expertise in category management, cost and COGS analytics, macroeconomic and commodity market trends, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration, along with a proven ability to build high-performing teams and create sourcing capabilities that deliver measurable business value and long-term competitive differentiation.
