The Senior Vice President of Human Resources will report to the President and CEO and serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, leading enterprise-wide human capital strategy across a geographically dispersed workforce of more than 5,000 employees. This executive will oversee all core HR functions, including talent management, organizational design, succession planning, compensation, and HR operations, while driving cultural alignment and leadership development across operations, distribution, and corporate teams. The role carries significant enterprise impact through the advancement of a high-performance culture, strengthening of organizational capability, and alignment of human capital strategy with long-term business growth objectives within a large-scale food production and distribution environment.
Our placement brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience spanning human resources, commercial operations, and business management within complex global manufacturing and distribution environments. She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for a publicly traded company with more than $2 billion in revenue. Prior to transitioning into HR leadership, she held significant commercial and operational leadership roles with full P&L responsibility, giving her strong business and financial acumen. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, redesigned global HR operating models, implemented enterprise talent and succession planning strategies, and partnered closely with executive leadership teams and Boards to align human capital priorities with business growth objectives.
