POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Operations Officer will report to the President and CEO and serve as the senior most operational leader, owning the company’s end to end operations strategy and execution. This executive will oversee global manufacturing, supply chain, engineering operations, distribution, fulfillment, quality, safety and operational technology, while setting the cultural tone for the flagship facility of more than 600 employees. The COO will partner closely with the executive team to build a scalable, metrics driven operating model that supports growth across consumer, OEM and global industrial channels. This leader will drive operational transformation, enhance shop floor performance and modernize systems and processes to elevate efficiency, visibility and overall performance.
Our placement brings more than 20 years of progressive operations leadership experience across complex, multi-site industrial manufacturing environments. He last served as a senior operations executive overseeing approximately 700 employees and previously held President and Chief Operations Officer roles with full P&L accountability. His track record includes leading large-scale site consolidations, executing significant capital investments, delivering significant cost savings and improving on-time delivery from the mid-60 percent range to above 95 percent in multiple organizations. A proven Lean and continuous improvement leader, he has strengthened safety performance, implemented disciplined S&OP processes, and built metrics-driven operating models that enhance accountability and scalability. Strategic yet deeply hands-on, he is known for his presence on the shop floor, his ability to elevate leadership teams and his capacity to drive operational maturity and sustainable growth across global supply chains.
