SITUATION ANALYSIS

Following a period of substantial growth, acquisition activity and operational expansion, our client recognized the need for senior technology leadership to modernize its core systems and infrastructure, build a scalable data and AI foundation and reposition the function as a proactive business partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Chief Information Officer leads enterprise technology, data and analytics, cybersecurity, infrastructure and the broader digital agenda. The role develops and executes the technology strategy, drives platform modernization and establishes the data governance and AI capabilities that strengthen decision-making across the business. Working in close partnership with operations, commercial, supply chain and finance, the position helps technology function as a strategic enabler of continued growth and operational performance.

SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT
