Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a credible, knowledgeable, and trusted resource to the Chief Executive Officer and must be a transformational leader who will partner with the CEO and the senior leadership team to offer quality, meaningful analyses, and financial perspectives necessary for driving corporate decisions and impacting the future growth and development of the organization. It is also critical that the successful candidate act as a key liaison to the company’s leadership teams as well as partners, shareholders, and reinsurers of the organization. They will also strengthen the leadership and visibility of the accounting/finance function internally and across the broader organization.
Our placement is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He has held a variety of progressive leadership roles for Fortune 250 companies and has experience spanning across the U.S. and international markets, including eight years as an expatriate in Tokyo, Japan. He most recently served as the CFO for a PE-backed start-up insurance company, providing strategic, operational, financial and risk management direction for the organization.
