The Vice President, Total Rewards is responsible for collaborating with leadership to formulate the Total Rewards philosophy and strategy that aligns with the organization’s requirements and business strategy. The successful candidate will ensure that corporate compensation and recognition, field sales compensation, and enterprise benefits and wellness programs are in line with the company’s Total Rewards Philosophy. They will oversee the Compensation, Benefits and, Recognition. This role encompasses the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, programs, and systems that elevate the employee experience and enhance productivity.
The ideal candidate will possess 15 years of experience in Human Resources, demonstrating increasing responsibility over benefits/total rewards, HR technology, and/or HR operations support. Previous executive compensation experience that includes developing and presenting material to a Board of Directors is required. Sales/Field compensation within the Financial Services sector is highly desirable. Further they will have 10 years of experience in a leadership position with proven success in linking HR strategies to the business. Experience in the health insurance, consumer, or financial services industry is preferred.
