The Chief Operations Officer will ensure that the organization has the operational and technical infrastructure in place to meet its short- and long-term strategic goals. As a member of the Senior Management Team, the incumbent has primary responsibility for the direction of operations and technology strategy, programs, and investments, driving a range of initiatives to improve business processes and company performance. The incumbent is accountable for developing and implementing technology and information management strategies to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
The Chief Operations Officer must have a strong health insurance/managed care operations experience. Experience with overseeing Information Technology functions is highly desired.
