Position Summary:
The Chief Operations Officer will ensure that the organization has the operational and technical infrastructure in place to meet its short- and long-term strategic goals. As a member of the Senior Management Team, the incumbent has primary responsibility for the direction of operations and technology strategy, programs, and investments, driving a range of initiatives to improve business processes and company performance. The incumbent is accountable for developing and implementing technology and information management strategies to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
Our placement comes with over 20 years of operations experience, including overseeing Information Technology functions across multiple organizations. She has spearheaded strategic plans aimed at enhancing customer engagement, accelerating digital initiatives, driving cultural and operational transformation and achieving efficiency gains. Her leadership is credited for uniting diverse elements of the organizations towards a common vision and long-term success.
