Gathering, Modifying and Removing Information
Slayton may request and/or collect personal information (”Personal Information”) when you: (a) contact Slayton; (b) use Slayton’s services; and/or (c) send questions, solicitations, inquires, critiques or comments to Slayton.. Personal Information may include: (a) contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number, date of birth and email address); (b) ID verification information (e.g. date of birth and Social Security Number); (c) information regarding certain of your preferences related to Slayton or the Slayton Website; and/or (d) information regarding how you became aware of the Slayton Website.
You are not required to provide Personal Information to access the Slayton Website. Any Personal Information you provide will be solely at your election.

Slayton will then take all reasonable efforts to correct or remove your Personal Information from the Slayton active database.
Slayton will not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children 13 years of age or younger. When you disclose personal information on the Slayton Website, you are representing to Slayton that you are 14 years of age or older. Gathering Anonymous Information and Cookies
Slayton might collect non-personal and aggregate information about your and others’ use of the Slayton Website, such as page hits, numbers of visits, web pages viewed and the length of visits to the Slayton Website (collectively, ”Non-Personal Information”). Slayton does not tie this Non-Personal Information to your Personal Information.

In addition, in the event that all or substantially all of Slayton’ ownership and/or assets are transferred or sold to another entity, Slayton may transfer Personal Information and Non-Personal Information to the acquiring entity with such ownership and/or assets.
