The VP, Shopper Insights Marketing is accountable for the creation and delivery of the shopper, promotions and multi-cultural strategic plan and execution that delivers against the financial objectives of the company and each of its Business Units.
The executive is responsible for leading the development and overall coordination of customer-specific, insight-based shopper solutions/programs that include: product innovation, regional/national promotions, customer equity platforms, and occasion-based platforms.
The chosen candidate has 15+ years of Consumer Marketing experience, 10+ years of CPG Brand Marketing/Promotion, Market research, Category management and 5+ years of specific Shopper Marketing experience.
