POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Industrial Sales will serve as a senior commercial leader reporting to the CEO, owning revenue performance, margin optimization and customer strategy across a multi-billion-dollar industrial segment. This executive will lead go-to-market plans across diverse end markets including food and beverage, confectionery, pharmaceutical and industrial applications, with responsibility for contract structuring, pricing frameworks and long-term customer partnerships. The role carries significant enterprise impact through alignment with supply chain and pricing functions, delivery of volume and profitability targets and development of strategic insights to inform leadership on market trends, risks and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive B2B or commodity sales leadership experience within food ingredients, agriculture or natural resources, with a track record of managing large accounts and complex commercial agreements. This leader combines strong expertise in pricing and risk management with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and navigate dynamic market conditions. Experience leading distributed teams and driving performance through disciplined sales operations is essential, along with a leadership style that fosters accountability, develops talent and thrives in performance-driven, commercially focused environments.
