Reports to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Operations.
As a newly created position, the Vice President, Learning & Development will be charged with serving as a strategic partner to the company’s leadership team in all areas of training and development, talent management processes including performance management, and succession planning.
The key responsibilities of the person in this role will be to identify and develop leaders; develop successor talent; attract external talent; establish expectations and evaluate performance, skills and potential. This person will also provide strategic direction in the processes and practices regarding talent retention.
