POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer with a dotted line relationship to the Executive Chairman. This executive will lead financial strategy, governance and operational discipline across a growing platform that provides technology enabled delinquency management and recovery services. The role will be responsible for professionalizing and scaling the finance function as the organization transitions from a founder led business into an institutional platform positioned for significant growth and a targeted liquidity event. The CFO will build financial infrastructure including accounting, FP&A, treasury and compliance while establishing the reporting rigor, systems and controls necessary to support expansion from approximately $35M in revenue to more than $200M.
Successful Placement
Our placement brings more than 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience across global SaaS, technology and services platforms. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of a multinational software and IT services holding company, where she led global finance strategy including accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury and investor reporting across multiple portfolio entities. Her background includes building and scaling global finance organizations, implementing enterprise systems and controls, standardizing revenue recognition and establishing investor-grade reporting infrastructure across complex multi-entity structures. She has partnered closely with CEOs and boards on capital strategy, portfolio optimization and exit planning while managing global banking relationships, debt facilities and cross-border tax structures.
