POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Managing Director will lead the strategic expansion and operational management of a national lending platform serving homeowner associations, reporting into senior banking leadership. This executive will be responsible for driving portfolio growth while overseeing the full lifecycle of HOA lending. The role blends strategic business development, credit risk oversight and operational leadership to deliver sustainable portfolio performance and strong client outcomes. Partnering closely with regional sales teams and senior credit leadership, the Senior Managing Director will advance market share, strengthen industry partnerships and ensure disciplined execution across origination, underwriting servicing and collections.
