The Head of Corporate Development and M&A will actively lead the company’s strategic growth efforts through strategic relationship and inorganic expansion.
The Head of Corporate Development and M&A will be responsible for deal origination, pipeline and relationship management, screening and analysis; recommendations to Executive Leadership; leading due diligence teams to execute transactions; and overseeing the integration of acquired companies.
The successful candidate will have 15 or more years of relevant and proven global experience in corporate development, investment banking M&A, or private equity investing. This seasoned executive must have a robust list of meaningful and relevant M&A transactions and strategic partnership development.
