Position Summary
The Head of Corporate Development and M&A will actively lead the company’s strategic growth efforts through strategic relationships and inorganic expansion.
The Head of Corporate Development and M&A will be responsible for deal origination, pipeline and relationship management, screening and analysis; recommendations to Executive Leadership; leading due diligence teams to execute transactions; and overseeing the integration of acquired companies.
