Position Summary:
The Vice President, Research and Development leads the R&D function for the company’s core and largest business unit. This is the most senior R&D leader for the company and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. The executive leads the company’s New Product Development, Sensory, Pilot Plant, and Starter Culture teams.
The newly appointed Vice President, Research and Development is charged with a high-impact role to build a world-class R&D function, coupling technical expertise with leadership that elevates the overall talent of the function.
