Vice President, Nutritional & Pet

Position Summary:
The newly established role of Vice President, Nutritional & Pet, will oversee commercial operations for both categories, reporting directly to the CEO with full P&L responsibility globally. Leading sales, marketing, and category management, the Vice President indirectly oversees finance, supply chain, HR, and R&D. Key responsibilities include executing annual and strategic plans to maintain and expand market position, driving global business alignment, and pursuing growth opportunities. Collaborating closely with other senior leaders, this role will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s global business strategy.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of general management, marketing and/or sales management, and business development experience, including at least five years of recent senior-level management responsibility, preferably in the fast-moving consumer foods industry. Specific expertise in the health and nutritional sectors is preferred, along with strong financial acumen. Demonstrated success in strategy development and execution, proven leadership abilities and a track record of delivering results are essential.
