Position Summary
The Vice President, Logistics will report to the Executive Vice President and lead a corporate logistics team of 50+ professionals and shape the next era of the company’s transportation network. This leader will strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and North American operations leaders, lead high-impact projects with recommendations to executive leadership and support the company’s commitment to next-day delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of leadership experience in complex, large-scale logistics operations, including deep expertise across all transportation modes. They will have a proven ability to use complex data to inform strategy and decisions and a track record of driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and high performance. The successful candidate will combine analytical rigor and strategic perspective with strong carrier and cross-functional relationships, executive presence and exceptional leadership, and communication and collaboration skills.
