Position Summary:
The SVP, Sales is a talented, results-driven and well-connected senior Sales leader who will transform the Sales organization to drive explosive growth in volume, profit and create significant shareholder value.
The executive is responsible for developing and executing a transformative plan building the capabilities, talent, strategy, tactics, and tools to achieve superior, sustainable sales results.
The chosen candidate has tenure at the Vice President level, with over 20 years of experience developing and leading high performance direct and brokered sales teams within a complex, mid-market/larger organization across several distribution channels in the food away from home industry.
