Position Summary:
The SVP, Research and Development provides strategic leadership, effective management, organization and timely direction to a multidisciplinary staff to drive outstanding customer relationships and business results.
The executive is responsible for product development, process development, packaging and food safety (in conjunction with the operations teams).
The chosen candidate has 15+ years of increasingly responsible R&D experience, with a demonstrated track record of success within a complex and multi-category company.
