Position Summary:
The SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will have primary responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s overall HR strategy and will serve as a core member of the company’s leadership team and as the senior-most Human Resources executive.
The executive will provide leadership in the critical area of talent management by developing creative and cost-effective ways of acquiring high-quality candidates, enhancing the talent pipeline, and improving the talent bench strength.
