The Regional President will lead the day-to-day operations of the $200 million division carrying full P&L responsibility. This executive will advise the C-Suite on the execution and direction of the division’s financial performance, operations, and strategy. The position holder will ensure that the business achieves sustainable performance that enhances the company’s reputation in the marketplace, with customers, and in the communities where the company does business, in a safe and ethical manner.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 15 years of strong operational experience within a construction or industrial services business, and be skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning. The candidate should have a track-record of success in leading profitable execution across a portfolio of projects and will bring both high financial and commercial acumen.
