Position Summary:
Working collaboratively with the Operations and Finance teams, the Operating Partner is a key position whose charter is to drive on the group value creation with portfolio companies through operational improvements, growth initiatives and add-on investments. This individual will interact with all members of the firm and all levels of assigned portfolio companies that are a part of the investment fund. Responsibilities include active participation in new acquisitions, onboarding new companies, and working closely with portfolio companies to create value organically by coaching CEOs and strategically supporting key initiatives.
Our placement is a results-driven general management professional with over 10 years of operational leadership experience. He has extensive experience in P&L management, sales leadership, segment marketing, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, product management and technical sales. Most recently he served as Vice President of the Industrial Business Unit overseeing a $370 million P&L in a greater $650 million portfolio with ownership of the business unit’s day-to-day operations and annual strategy.
