POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Vice President of Procurement will lead the enterprise procurement function across raw materials, ingredients and packaging during a period of significant growth and increasing complexity. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this executive will set sourcing strategy, strengthen supplier relationships and establish greater rigor around cost predictability, commercial terms, supplier performance and procurement processes across a substantial and growing spend base. A critical priority will be expanding and strengthening the company’s supply network while ensuring continuity of supply and aligning procurement capabilities with the company’s evolving geographic and production footprint. The leader will also assess and develop the procurement organization, partnering closely with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to elevate performance and support continued growth in a private equity backed environment.
The ideal candidate will bring significant procurement leadership experience within food, beverage, ingredients or related manufacturing, with established supplier relationships across relevant markets. This executive will have broad strategic sourcing experience across raw materials, ingredients and packaging, with a track record of strengthening procurement processes, managing commodity exposure, mitigating sourcing risk and improving supplier performance. The successful leader will combine strong commercial and analytical acumen with a hands-on, player-coach leadership style and the ability to elevate talent and accountability. Executive presence, attention to detail and the ability to drive meaningful change while navigating a collaborative culture will be critical to success.
