Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President, Operations, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for directing the company’s Field Operations function. This executive will lead the growth of a sophisticated, industry-leading operations function for the company. They will develop and implement standardized tools, processes and methodologies to enhance warehousing and transportation productivity and capital efficiency. Leading on a matrix basis, they will oversee all warehouse and distribution functions across 36 sites in the United States and Canada.
Our placement comes with over 20 years of operational expertise, primarily focused on end-to-end supply chain management encompassing warehouse operations, transportation, logistics, planning, and inventory. A seasoned leader in the retail/wholesale, trucking, food & beverage, and package distribution sectors, he is recognized for his strategic thinking, transformative initiatives, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
