POSITION SUMMARY
The Region General Manager will lead a $1 billion+, large-scale regional operation with full accountability for distribution, warehouse operations, sales, customer service and human resources across a complex, high volume environment. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, this executive will oversee a workforce of more than 650 employees, including a multi-state sales organization, a 24/7 call center and a high throughput pick pack distribution network exceeding 1 million square feet. The role requires a highly visible, hands-on leader to drive operational performance, ensure best in class service levels and foster a strong culture of engagement and accountability. This individual will manage day-to-day execution while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience and support revenue growth across the region.
Our placement brings 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within large scale, distribution intensive environments, most recently leading a national distribution network spanning seven facilities totaling more than three million square feet and overseeing a workforce of approximately 500 employees. In this role, he had full accountability for warehouse operations, customer service and overall operational performance, while partnering closely with sales and business development teams to support revenue growth. He has successfully scaled operations from a single site to a national footprint, establishing standardized processes, implementing best practice operating models and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the network. A hands on and low ego leader, he is known for developing talent, fostering a strong culture of accountability and delivering consistent operational excellence in complex, high throughput environments.
