$2 Billion Medical Technology Client
This person is a vital member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for helping shape and deliver the compensation/benefits vision and strategies, policies, processes, and function into a top-tier status.
This includes domestic and international compensation, executive compensation, employee compensation, and regulatory compliance of all programs.
This person is also responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company’s HRIS platform and Employee Shared Services for domestic employees.
