Position Summary:

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will shape the long-term direction of the organization’s global technology function, overseeing all corporate, distribution, commercial, and customer-facing systems. Reporting to the CEO, the CIO will develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap, drive strategic and tactical initiatives, and integrate innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge. The role demands expertise in technology integration, system architecture, and team leadership, with a focus on transitioning to digital technologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration. The CIO will work across all functional areas to foster a modern, data-driven culture and ensure high performance through transformative digital strategies.
