Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis will report to the Chief Financial Officer and lead the continued build-out of a scalable FP&A function within a rapidly evolving private equity-backed platform. This executive will oversee forecasting, budgeting, business analytics and performance management processes while partnering closely with commercial, operational and executive leadership to improve financial visibility and support strategic decision making. The role carries significant enterprise impact through development of reporting infrastructure, advancement of analytical rigor and support of operational transformation, acquisition integration and long-term value creation initiatives across a complex, multi-business environment.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive finance and FP&A leadership experience within manufacturing, life sciences, diagnostics, distribution or other operationally complex environments. This leader combines strong financial modeling and business partnering capabilities with experience building forecasting discipline, reporting cadence and scalable analytical processes in evolving organizations. Exposure to private equity-backed environments, acquisition integration and ERP or systems transformation initiatives is highly preferred, along with a hands-on leadership style grounded in accountability, intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement.
