The responsibility of the Chief Talent Officer is to support and enable the strategic direction of the company through talent management, which includes recruiting, training and development, performance management, compensation, change management and succession planning. This position will be a critical thought leader in the organization and will also contribute to internal communications strategy and M&A strategy/implementation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience building the Talent/HR function, specifically in professional services firms. They will possess experience in firms undergoing exponential growth and/or with large employee bases (1000+). Further, this individual will have demonstrated success in helping to build a “best place to work” culture.
