POSITION SUMMARY

The Chief Commercial Officer will report to the CEO and lead enterprise-wide commercial strategy and execution across a multi-brand services platform. This executive will own revenue growth, margin expansion and diversification, building scalable new-logo and account expansion engines while defining go to market strategy across sales, marketing and account management. The role carries significant impact through transformation of the commercial organization into a disciplined, data-driven model, establishment of forecasting rigor and pipeline visibility and alignment of cross-functional partners to drive predictable growth and long-term value creation.

Our placement brings more than 20 years of progressive commercial leadership experience within facility services and B2B services environments. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Strategic Relationships for a national multi-site platform. In this role, he led a national sales organization and was responsible for go-to-to-market strategy, revenue growth and client acquisition. He drove meaningful top-line expansion while improving retention and building a more disciplined, data-driven commercial engine through stronger GTM alignment and forecasting rigor. He has a proven track record of scaling sales organizations, strengthening customer relationships and delivering consistent growth in private equity-backed environments.
