POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and partnering closely with the board of directors and private equity stakeholders. This executive will lead the company’s global finance organization and oversee financial strategy, planning, reporting, capital structure and investor communications. The role will play a central part in guiding the company through its next phase of growth while strengthening financial discipline, operational performance and transaction readiness. The CFO will work cross functionally with operations, supply chain, sales and engineering leadership to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and ensure alignment between financial objectives and enterprise performance.
Our placement brings more than 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience across complex global industrial and manufacturing organizations. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of a privately held multi-billion dollar automotive retail platform, where he led enterprise financial strategy, capital planning and reporting while managing a finance organization of more than 140 professionals. His background includes senior finance leadership roles overseeing large scale global operations exceeding $1B in revenue, with responsibility for financial planning, performance improvement, capital allocation and business transformation across highly complex operating environments. Known for building disciplined financial infrastructure and decision frameworks, he has implemented enterprise reporting systems, strengthened financial controls and partnered closely with CEOs and executive teams to evaluate acquisitions, capital investments and growth initiatives.
