Position Summary:
The Chief Supply Chain Officer will serve as a dynamic and hands-on leader overseeing the entire value chain, encompassing manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, continuous improvement, engineering, maintenance, reliability, and EHS activities. This executive will actively contribute to and lead the end-to-end planning function, incorporating supply and demand planning. Responsible for maintaining high-quality and efficient operations, they will uphold exceptional standards in quality and safety. As a pivotal figure in shaping company culture, this leader will be highly visible, setting the tone for leadership by inspiring passion in all employees.
Our placement comes with over 20 years of experience across supply chain and operations management. They most recently served as a Senior Vice President leading the end-to-end supply chain for a $3 billion business. The executive is a dynamic E2E supply chain leader with an upbringing in engineering but has expanded to take on significant leadership positions across strategy, planning, continuous improvement and manufacturing.
