Position Summary:
The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategy that will meet changing demands while determining the design and execution of the company’s HR programs worldwide. Supporting approximately 8,000 employees, the position will drive critical HR processes throughout the organization and leverage HR to implement cultural and organizational change while also accomplishing key business objectives and overseeing talent acquisition, retention, and succession.
This well-rounded individual brings tremendous HR experience with a reputation for proactively using the HR function to help drive change and support the execution of business strategy. They possess strong business acumen, have experience contributing as a peer to executive teams, and a proven track record of helping build great companies with great cultures that drive business growth and retain talent.
