The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategy that will meet changing demands while determining the design and execution of the company’s HR programs worldwide. Supporting approximately 8,000 employees, the position will drive critical HR processes throughout the organization and leverage HR to implement cultural and organizational change while also accomplishing key business objectives and overseeing talent acquisition, retention, and succession.
