POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief Human Resources Officer serves as a member of the global leadership team with strategic responsibility for Human Resources and Environment/Health/Safety functions, acting as a key business partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership team while participating in commercial strategies including M&A. This hands-on working leader drives people strategy, high-performance culture, and business growth through talent development, succession planning, change management, executive compensation planning, and serving as culture champion. Key responsibilities include personally leading M&A due diligence and integration, overseeing high-volume talent acquisition, leading benefits and retirement strategies, and ensuring safe work environments through EHS leadership.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior HR leadership with broad commercial business knowledge across multiple industries, sizeable HR organization oversight, and P&L or operations experience as a major plus. This executive brings a proven track record in a $2+ billion organization with multi-site international operations, demonstrating expertise in distribution, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, hospitality, or CPG industries. They possess exceptional skills in leading large-scale change management, driving M&A evaluation and integration, building people capacity through systematic talent development, and maintaining a commercial orientation that achieves sales and profitability goals.
