Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the Treasurer, will support leadership teams in all aspects of financial management including strategic cost management, business planning and budgeting, development of metrics to drive performance improvement, management reporting of key performance indicators, and cost benefit analysis of key initiative, capital investments and Continuous Improvement. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure appropriate financial controls within the manufacturing plants.
Our placement comes with 25 years of relevant financial experience with a proven track record of improving processes, procedures and financial results. In his most recent role, he was responsible for roughly $50 million in revenue and managed a team with direct reports in the US and Netherlands. He has a successful history of building out and revamping teams, working with mid-size, distribution and manufacturing businesses, and has extensive experience with PE-backed companies. He has been an integral member in multiple acquisitions throughout his career.
