Position Summary:
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and play a key role in setting the direction and overall management of the company. The CFO will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury (debt raising and cash management), FP&A, external audit and tax. The CFO will proactively partner with the CEO and the ELT to achieve the company’s strategic and financial goals. This executive must be considered a strategic advisor to the CEO and an accomplished business leader.

She has a solid blend of consulting and corporate experience, most recently serving as the CFO for a $2 billion Wine & Spirits business. She is passionate about leading and building high performance teams, consumer and category trends and unlocking growth.
