Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer will work very closely with and report to the two Co-Presidents and will work closely with the private equity sponsor (and Board of Directors) while actively supporting the two Segment management teams. This support spans financial reporting, all aspects of treasury and net working capital management, the operationalization of the new IT system the improvement of all aspects of operational performance and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years in an accounting and financial leadership role, ideally in a distribution business. This executive should possess a history of strong advisory relationships with CEOs and Boards, based on expertise, intellect, and a direct, open, and candid style. Ideally, this person will have strong operations and SIOP experience along with inventory management, system implementation and a demonstrated track record of transformation.
