Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial management and will help guide the company towards a successful exit. This executive will work very closely with the board and executive leadership team to focus on improving operational and financial performance across this global business. The role spans financial reporting, cash management, the improvement of all aspects of operational performance and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years in an accounting and financial leadership role, ideally in some distribution and/or manufacturing industrial business. A history of strong advisory relationships with CEOs and Boards, based on expertise, intellect, and a direct, open, and candid style as well as prior standalone CFO experience would be viewed favorably.
